This is the tour where you can experience both city life and Greenland’s unique culture in Nuuk, and enormous amounts of ice in Ilulissat. You get two exciting towns and lots of great experiences in one tour. Throughout the tour, there will be a guide who will help with his/her local knowledge.
Day 1, Thursday
Flight from Copenhagen via Kangerlussuaq to Nuuk. Accommodation at Hotel Hans Egede. Tour of the town where you will also see Greenland’s National Museum, Nuuk Museum of Art, the Katuaq Culture Centre and the old part of town.
Day 2, Friday
Day at leisure to perhaps take a guided walk or buy a whale safari on Godthåb Fjord. Late in the evening the boat starts sailing towards Ilulissat.
