When a participant wants to cancel the tour, the following charges apply:

•More than 11 weeks before departure: DKK 1,000.
•Between 11 weeks and 6 weeks before departure: 25 % of the tour’s price.
•Between 6 weeks and 2 weeks before departure: 50 % of the tour’s price.
•Later than 2 weeks before departure: 100 % of the tour’s price.

Transferring the tour to another person who complies with the conditions for participation in the tour is possible against an administration charge of DKK 1,000 plus payment of the costs involved with the transfer. Furthermore, we stress that it is a condition of any transfer that hotel or airline regulations do not prevent this and that Greenland Travel is informed of the transfer as soon as possible.
