When a participant wants to cancel the tour, change or transfer ofr the travel to another person the following charges apply:

•More than 11 weeks before departure: DKK 1,500.
•Between 11 weeks and 3 weeks before departure: 50% of the tour’s price.
•Between 3 weeks and 2 weeks before departure: 75% of the tour’s price.
•Less than 2 weeks before departure: 100 % of the tour’s price.

Transferring the tour to another person who complies with the conditions for participation in the tour is possible provided that you pay according to the above terms and charges as well as fees connected with the change and any costs involved with the transfer. Furthermore, we stress that it is a condition of any transfer that hotel or airline regulations do not prevent this and that Greenland Travel is informed of the transfer as soon as possible.
