Greenland Travel reserves the right to increase prices due to changes in transport costs (including fuel costs, or airport, landing and take-off taxes, fees or charges) exchange rates or other circumstances which we as tour operator are not able to take into account beforehand.

Price increases happen very rarely, but fluctuating and sometimes extensive increases in fuel costs over the past several years have forced us to take an occasional fuel surcharge because the carriers pass these charges on to us as operators.

Notice of a price increase must be given as soon as possible and not less than 20 days before departure and may not be more than 10% of the price of the tour.

Example:
The tour costs DKK 5,995 and notice is given of a fuel surcharge of DKK 266 (4.5% of the price of the tour). Greenland Travel may charge this amount to the customer since it isn’t more than 10% of the price of the tour. On the other hand, if foreign taxes and public fees are reduced or cease to apply up to 20 days before departure, Greenland Travel is obliged to refund the saving to the customer if it exceeds DKK 100.
