Greenland Travel’s liability is limited to the amounts to which our subcontractors are able to limit their compensation under international conventions, e.g. the Warsaw Convention concerning air travel and the maritime legislation concerning sea traffic.

Greenland Travel is a member of the Association of Danish Travel Agents and is included in the association’s arrangement with “Europæiske Forsikring” (European Insurance) concerning extended liability insurance (member A0053b).
