If you have any complaints during the tour, please contact Greenland Travel’s tour leader/guide or Greenland Travel’s local representative so he or she can address the problem. If you would like to make a complaint after your return, please contact our head office in Copenhagen as soon as possible and within 2 weeks of returning home.
