You can book a tour by telephone, by letter, through our homepage, by e-mail or by visiting our office.

Remember to provide the name and number of the tour, departure dates, number of people participating and their name(s). Greenland Travel will then send a booking confirmation including all the relevant information.

If the information contained in the confirmation does not comply with what you booked please let us know immediately.

The carrier requires that there is consistency between the names on the tickets and the names in the valid proof of identity (e.g. passports).

It is your responsibility as customer to provide the correct names when you book. Greenland Travel charges DKK 300 for issuing a new ticket due to incorrect name.
