Arbitration and venueAny disputes, claims or disagreements that may occur with relation to products sold by Greenland Travel shall be either be ruled upon by the Rejseankenævnet (Travel Agent’s Board of Appeal) and its ruling will be followed by Greenland Travel or be brought before a court of law deemed to be competent by Retsplejeloven (the Administration of Justice Act). Lawsuits are subject to Danish laws.
