At Greenland Travel we take it for granted that you, the customer, have acquainted yourself with the applicable terms and conditions of travel and with the basis of the agreement between you, the customer and us, the travel agent. Agreeing on the basics is to the benefit of both parties.

Since October 1st 1993 all travel arrangements have been subject to the Danish ”Package Tours Law” in order to protect the consumer rights of the customer in the best way. This means that we are subject to certain conditions when you buy one of our tours. At Greenland Travel, the basis of the agreement between the customer and us is based on Greenland Travel’s brochures, order confirmations, invoices, vouchers, packing lists and travel information as well as on the general terms and conditions.
