Team of over 50 highly qualified guides

Many of our guides have been associated with Greenland Travel for ten or twenty years.

The guides are divided into two main groups: destination guides and tour leaders.

We have stationed destination guides in the larger towns, Nuuk, Kangerlussuaq, Sisimiut and Ilulissat, and to some extent in Narsarsuaq.

All guides are trained internally. The “old” guides are involved in training new ones and so quality and continuity are assured. All of the guides share a love of Greenland and a great deal of expertise. Many of them have special knowledge of history, botany, geology etc.
